Electrical Shift Engineer

Electrical Shift Engineer  - Commercial Building - Birmingham - Immediate start - £19.61 Per Hour

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider in Birmingham. CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, the individual will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

4 on 4 off  07:00am to 19:00pm19:00pm to 07:00amContract type: Ongoing contractImmediate start 

Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)PPM's & Reactive maintenanceEmergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsManaging priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance. 

Requirements
