The Role of the (Sales Executive)

Predominately (initially) Phoned based sales role, working from home and Kingston Office.
09:00 to 17:30 (40 hrs working week).
Will be going out to visit customers eventually
Selling premium toys to retailers.
Promoting, upselling to existing accounts and winning new business accounts.
Will be given approximately 250 accounts on day 1 to develop (mainly growth of existing business)
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets across their assigned portfolio of UK accounts.
Monitor and report on their account performance where required.
Engage in new business development.
Proactively contribute to the UK sales team.
Work collaboratively across the business, sharing market and customer feedback.
Support the UK Sales Manager where required.
Attend/host trade fairs and exhibitions where appropriate.



Benefits of the (Sales Executive)

£30k-£35k basic salary plus bonuses approximately £10k.

The Ideal Person for the (Sales Executive)

Will have experience working in a sales role, preferably B2B, with experience of dealing with retailers or other resellers.
Strong relationship builder, can demonstrate familiarity, communicating at various levels across different mediums, face to face, telephone and electronically.
Demonstratable success in closing new business or a willingness/interest to develop their skill set.
A commercial aptitude, experienced with pricing, margins and profitability.
A day to day understanding of the benefits of Customer Relationship Management software a bonus but not required.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft software, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal driven.
