Junior Weddings and Events Sales and Business Administration Apprenticeship
You will be responsible for:
Converting sales enquiries and be proactive on new sales Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate accounts to drive business growth Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Be in attendance on function days to ensure smooth running of the event Day to day business operations including, Managing emails and responding to enquiries Filing, scanning, and maintaining records Data entry and updating internal systems Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheetsTraining:
