Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard Training to take place on a monthly basis No day release - training on site OTJT hours included in the apprenticeship 

Training Outcome:
Career progression within the company, and the potential to go on to study additional qualifications relevant to the business needs
