Sales ledger control - Cash posting and reconciliations
Purchase ledger control - Cash posting and payment processing and ledger reconciliation
Bank account - Reconciliation and postings
MI - Various monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Management accounts preparation
Preparation of journals
Involvement with year-end audit on various areas
Training:
Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2.
The successful candidate will commence their employment with Carlac in Spring, with a view to starting college 1 day per week in September 2026. The apprentice will attend a weekly online/remote learning session per week as part of their training.
Training Outcome:
A full-time permanent contract is highly likely upon completion of the apprenticeship, as well as the option to progress onto the Level 3 apprenticeship.

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
