Mechatronics Engineering Apprentice
As an Apprentice Engineer, you will be working alongside our experienced engineering team that will guide you through our manufacturing process and support you in gaining knowledge and practical experience of the day-to-day operations in a high-speed can manufacturing site.
We will give you insight into cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and help you gain skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond.

You will learn on the job in the brand-new cutting-edge manufacturing facility Work alongside our experienced and engaging Engineers and Electricians, where you will have a chance to investigate ways of improving plant productivity through teamwork and problem solving Study towards completing a level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering ApprenticeshipYou'll spend time away at Midland Group Training Services in Coventry on a block release basis over the course of the four years. That means commuting to Coventry or staying away from home in student accommodation:
In the 1st year, you will spend around 42 weeks, Monday to Friday, at the training centre 2nd , 3rd and 4th year you will spend in our factory but travel to Coventry MGTS 1 day per week or alternatively (TBC) spend seven one week-long blocks in the training centreWhilst at MGTS for the first year of the apprenticeship you will spend time learning and developing the following skills:
