Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator

Plan and develop activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in your care in conjunction with other team members To work collaboratively with other staff and engage in a good staff team To work alongside the Manager, Montessori Teacher and staff team to ensure that the Montessori principles and practices are fulfilled To act as key person to a group of children To carry out appropriate observations of your key children to share with parents and to keep a record of individual children’s development To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communications with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs To regularly communicate with parents about their child’s development and progress Liaise with and support parents and other family members as required Plus other duties 

Training Outcome:

Growth within the within the company after completing the apprenticeship.

We are a small, family-run business offering a friendly, child-centred approach to learning, following the Montessori method of education.

​We provide high-quality, full and part-time care and education for children aged birth to five years, in our site in Ryton village.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Shift pattern: 7.30am - 6.00pm or 7.45am - 6.15pm, over 3.5 days per week. Early shift: 8.00am - 2.00pm. Late shift: 12noon - 6.00pm.
