An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton, Didcot. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00Key duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plantPlumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)Pumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)General building fabricEscort specialist sub contractorsRequirements
