Production Apprentice
To advise supervision of any method/design improvements, which would enhance the quality, manufacturing process or performance of the product
To maintain proper records of all warranty claims, test results etc. and advise the management of any significant technical problems which may arise from time to time
To assist the goods in/despatch departments when workload demands
To assist the assembly section when the work load demands
To ensure all processes are performed in an efficient manner and within the agreed timescales
To ensure all repairs are performed in an efficient manner and customer warranties / service orders are dealt with promptly
To fulfil all requirements of your apprenticeship programme
To comply at all times with the company’s Health & Safety policy
To perform any other duties requested by the management of the company
Training:
Qualifications included:
Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship Standard. Company Training Plan & Assessment Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering- Development Knowledge (1 day per week for 2 years at college)Development Competence Qualification (workplace) Level 2 Functional Skills- maths (If required) Level 2 Functional Skills- English (If required) End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship.
College will be in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Training Outcome:
We assign a mentor to all apprentices to help guide and advise on career paths Previous apprentices have moved on to supervision and management roles within Manufacturing Apprentices have also moved on to Production Engineering and QA We will support further learning through to higher level qualifications up to apprentice-degree level

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. 30 minute lunch break.
