Engineering Manager

Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
• Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
• Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
• Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
• Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines


I would love to speak with anyone who has the following:
• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
• Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
