We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead a dedicated shift team, ensuring the smooth operation of critical building services. 

Hours of Work
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts (days and nights, 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the shift team, providing clear direction and supportCarry out hands-on maintenance when requiredEnsure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed on time via the PPM systemDiagnose and rectify faults promptly to minimise downtimeConduct quality checks on team performance, documentation, and site housekeepingMaintain adequate spare parts stock to ensure all systems remain operationalComplete accurate maintenance records and job sheetsPrepare, review, and implement Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working practicesAbout You
Fully mechanically qualifiedProven experience in building maintenance within a critical environment (commercial, blue-chip, banking, or similar)Multi-skilled with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including UPS systems, generators, and power distributionStrong communication and leadership skillsPlease send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
