Electronics Engineer

Autotronics is a growing automotive electronics repair and remanufacturing specialist based in Leicester. We repair ECUs, ABS pumps, instrument clusters, power steering units and other vehicle electronic modules at circuit board level for customers across the UK.

The business has grown year on year, driven by reputation, repeat customers and a commitment to doing the job properly. That growth has been steady and intentional, allowing us to invest in people, training and better systems rather than chasing short-term wins.

Autotronics is a family-owned company, founded by Nell, whose passion for vehicles and engineering is at the heart of everything we do. The business was built from the ground up with a hands-on understanding of the automotive trade, and that mindset still shapes how the company operates today.

We are an engineering-led business that values quality, honesty and long-term solutions. Our customers include independent garages, technicians, fleets and trade partners who trust us because we give straight answers and fix things properly rather than simply replacing parts.

As a place to work, Autotronics is friendly, supportive and professional. People help each other, knowledge is shared openly and experience is respected. Many of the team come from hands-on automotive or technical backgrounds, so you will be working with people who genuinely understand the trade.

We invest in training, encourage progression and create opportunities as the business grows. This is a company where you can build a long-term career, develop your skills and be part of a team that is moving forward together.
