Apprentice Financial Services Administrator
This role will suit someone who is keen to learn the financial planning process. The Apprentice Administrator will need to ensure that their work is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner whilst mitigating any risks to the business. Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls and directing calls appropriately Processing applications, information requests and letters of authority Processing withdrawal requests Updating the back-office system Production of portfolio reports and additional client information as requested Scanning and allocating incoming post Client and provider contactTraining:
Training will be completed on line accessed from your employers address.

Working Hours :
9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Thursday. 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday. 1 hour lunch, office based.
