Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment team while gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic Asset Management and Investment Management industry.

You will be working towards your Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification, balancing practical experience with learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in recruitment while working within a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

Training:
Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Digital Learning Designer Level 5 Standard, 24 months practical with an additional 16 weeks End Point Assessment period - Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required)

Training Outcome:
Potential to develop into a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
