Take responsibility for administrative compliance e.g. fire protocol
Supporting other staff members with various tasks in the office when necessary
Undertaking a range of administrative duties including processing mail, photocopying, scanning and uploading documents, with proficiency using Microsoft Office
Ordering parts
Signing parts in to system
Organising subcontractors
Raising Purchase orders
Registering boiler warranties
Booking engineer training
Keeping vehicles compliant
Keeping compliance up to date.
General office duties
Training:
Business administrator Level 3.
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.
Training Outcome:
Full-time position working as an Office Administrator.
Employer Description:
Constructions & facilities maintenance with a focus on the plumbing and heating and ventilation and AC sectors.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm
