Customer Service Apprentice - Supply Chain Ocean Imports
Undertake daily communication with CCT overseas offices in Asia
Undertake daily communication with UK client base regarding live ocean import shipments
Explore and present cost effective ocean import solutions, both internally and to clients
Attend department meetings in person with CCT UK team and managers
Training:
BSc (Hons) Supply Chain Management
This is a part-time, blended, block release programme. Apprentices have a week's block teaching at the beginning of every trimester Anglia Ruskins Peterborough campus, and then fortnightly timetabled online webinars (three hours long) where apprentices are supported with their application of learning to the workplace, and their assessments.

CCT is engaged in international supply chain management and transportation via modes ocean, air, road, and rail. Warehousing and fulfilment activities together with 3PL services comprise an important part of what CCT offers.
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
