Finance Apprentice

Raising manual sales in our finance system Ensuring payments are authorised in accordance with our approvals matrix and committing on our system Assisting with ad hoc queries coming into the finance mailbox Analysing various other reports to understand where the business is spending money including fuel card spend, phone bills, credit card bills Excel based tasks to allocate costs based on where salaries are costed to Assisting with audit queries Posting of monthly journals

Training:
Your apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace one day per week, with tutor visits every 6-8 weeks.

Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will be awarded with a Level 3 AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting.  There is also the possibility of a permanent contract of employment depending on the business need and available vacancies at the time of completion

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with one hour for meal break.
