Customer Service Apprenticeship
Dealing with telephone enquiries and email leads
Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
Follow-up enquiries
Working as part of a team and assisting other team members
Canvassing and self-generating business
Any other duties as deemed necessary
Training:
Training will be done in the workplace (6 hours off the job training)
Once a month (2 hours) meeting with skills coach
Training Outcome:
A full-time Estate Agent role in the company

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm. (Saturdays are on a rota basis)
