Payroll Administrator Apprentice - 14688
• Ensure new starters are updated to excel spreadsheets every day
• Send all relevant new starter information to payroll companies for set up
• Collate contractor hours onto timesheets and send to clients for authorisation
• Create, send and chase timesheets for all divisions – ensuring all information on timesheets correctly matches information held within excel mini plan and CRM system.
• Input hours onto excel spreadsheets and payroll system
• Ensure all rates on candidate bookings are current, and changed when necessary, and bookings are closed at the end of candidate placement
• Export payroll reports daily to be sent to internal payroll team for processing of payments and invoices
• Create reports of weekly queries and late timesheets
• Advising candidates of late payments
• Send holidays & P45 requests to payroll team for processing
• Send new starter packs to PAYE contractors and liaise with internal payroll team to ensure set up
• Answer and resolve telephone and email payroll queries from contractors
• Answer and resolve queries received from clients, payroll companies, internal payroll departments and recruitment teams
• Liaise with all parties to resolve any complaints which arise
• Assist with other projects that may arise within the business
