Spa Therapist Apprentice

Booking appointments and answering the phone to help assist with enquiries. Welcoming clients and offering refreshments/beverages. Selling products and gift vouchers to clients and company promotion. Maintain a clean and tidy environment. Setting up for treatments. Observing treatments and shadowing colleagues during them. Practising treatments whilst gaining knowledge and skills from colleagues.

Training:
Beauty Therapist Level 2 qualification  Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to be offered a full time position

Working Hours :
Between 9.15am and 5.15pm, on a 3-week rotation to include some weekends. Minimum of 30 hours per week.
