The Errigal Apprenticeship in Drylining & Interior Systems

The apprenticeship will include the following:

Preparing work areas and setting up tools and organising materials Measuring and cutting plasterboard, learning to use power tools safely Fixing Plasterboard, assisting in fixing sheets of stud walls, metal frames, and ceilings using screws, nails and adhesive Learing and assisting with taping and jointing plasterboard seams Applying finishing compounds to joints Assisting in installing fixings within plasterboard Training time in the Errigal Academy Onsite Training on many of our sites across the UK Learning from a dedicated tutor in the academy Learning from an experienced fixer onsite

Training:

Training will be delivered in block release with a combination of 80% onsite training and 20% classroom training.

You will qualify with a diploma in Drylining and English Standard  in Interior Systems Installer Apprenticeship Standard.

Functional skills in maths and English, desirable but full training will be given.

The company will also pay for your certified training in IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, Fire safety & First Aid.

Errigal Training Academy is based in the UK.

Working Hours :
Academy hours Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm. Site hours may vary depending on site requirements but on average 7.30am - 5.50pm.
