Office admin duties
Answering the office phone
Assisting with processing payroll and pensions on a weekly and monthly basis
Preparing bank reconciliations and analysis with the potential to then start preparing schedules, trial balance’s and then full financial statements
Assisting with bookkeeping and VAT returns
General accountancy admin duty’s such as applying for HMRC authorisation, setting up clients on our systems and engaging/disengaging clients
Training:
Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) Apprenticeship Standard
Day release at Newcastle Site (Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 1SA)
On and off-the-job training AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Certificate in Bookkeeping Institute of Accountants and Bookkeepers Level 2 Certificate in Accounting and BusinessTraining Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

Lynn is Managing Director of the company and trained with Ernst & Young before becoming a partner in 2001. She runs the company with her experienced team of staff based in our office in North Shields.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (shift times to be confirmed).
