Business Admin Apprentice (Income & Money and Benefits Support Team)
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Prepare and manage paperwork, maintain databases, and assist in monitoring workloads and referrals. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate departments. Meeting Coordination: Arrange, type up minutes, prepare agendas, and send out meeting invites. General Office Duties: Filing, printing, photocopying, and managing both incoming and outgoing post. Team Collaboration: Support Housing Income and Money & Benefit Support Officers in managing accounts. Flexibility: Take on additional duties as required to support the team.Training:
Apprentices training will be held through Luton Adult Learning, Arndale House, Luton.
Training sessions will be weekly.
