Trade Counter Customer Service Apprentice

Goods inwards booking in products for stock and customers Storing products away in the warehouse correctly located Transfer of stock to other depots in the group as requested Picking / packing Dispatching website sales

Training:

Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX)

You will receive a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote.

You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.

There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year offered to all apprentices on the programme.



Training Outcome:

Ability to work at all Depots including Hereford, Leominster, Ledbury & Ross.

Progression to grow within the company and on many levels.



Employer Description:
Established since 1974 multiple Branches, Other Apprentices have been with the Company 16 years plus.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour unpaid Lunch)
