Apprentice Estimator Level 3

As a trainee estimator you will download and set up jobs as they come into our system including reviewing drawings and specifications You will assist in finding information required to finish take-offs, Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and Schedules of Work (SoW) You will seek out and find technical data about products, print off and produce packs of plans, maintain job information through our customer software systems During your first year you will learn to use industry standard tools such as Bluebeam Revit, Swiftest, ZOHO and Archdesk Enter new jobs into JAAM our in house job management system Review and printout construction drawing sets Gather information for the estimators about products Create 2D and 3D roof models in our in house READ system

Training:
You will attend Exeter College 1 day per week during term time to study as part of the apprenticeship

Training Outcome:
Progression options include- Junior Estimator, Senior Estimator, QS We will provide full support through to professional certification
