Apprentice Business Administrator
To maintain a good relationship between staff and clients, by showing sensitivity to the needs of others
To maintain total confidentiality regarding information about patients and ensure that all patients are treated in a courteous and respectful manner
Undertake administration duties to include but not restricted to: reading coding, scanning of clinical documents, workflow management, monitoring lab results, new patients, deductions, pulling and filing patients' notes, opening posts, registrations, emails, summarising documents, minuting meetings, telephoning patients and hospitals and running audits
You will have the opportunity to support the finance and marketing function of the business
Any other admin duties the management team feels appropriate to the role.
Training:
You will be undertaking the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard and fully supported by HTP Apprenticeship College.
You will be developing Knowledge, Skills,and Behaviours in the following areas:
As part of the Off-the-job training, you will complete a portfolio of evidence, attend online workshops, have time to study independently, undertake research and write up assignments.
Candidates who don't have maths and English at Level 2 will undertake Functional Skills in these subjects as part of the apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of theapprenticeship, there may be the opportunityof a permanent role.
