Commis Chef Apprentice

Assisting the kitchen with food preparation Washing up and cleaning down Maintaining excellence in kitchen hygiene Checking deliveries and putting orders away Learning to create dishes, including starters, fish and meat preparation and desserts Vegetable and salad preparations Assisting the head chef and team with general tasks

Training:

The apprentice will be working towards attaining Commis Chef Apprenticeship with one day per week training at Weymouth College.



Training Outcome:

Following completion of the apprenticeship the right candidate may be taken on as a permanent member of staff.

We take great pride in doing our bit for the planet, this means, you will find linen napkins on our tables and fluffy towels in our bathrooms, no paper here! We also have firm recycling processes in place, source locally and compost waste within our own seasonal vegetable garden.

Working Hours :
Thursday - Sunday 10.00am - 10.00pm (6.00pm on a Sunday).
