Customer Service Apprentice
Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients, making drinks, ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy, photocopying documents
Answering phone calls - dealing with enquiries, transferring calls, taking messages, taking card payments
Processing incoming mail - scanning in correspondence, sending it onto the relevant person(s), saving it electronically in the client’s folders
Dealing with outgoing mail - preparing letters for posting, franking the mail, taking the post and other parcels to the Post Office
Dealing with deliveries, parcels and client’s records - both incoming and outgoing
Compiling business documents, including emails, letters, and general business correspondence
Using a variety of IT software in addition to all aspects of O365
Working collaboratively with the rest of the administration team to ensure we provide an efficient and effective service to clients
Any other general administrative tasks as may reasonably by required
Training:
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
