Customer Service Administrator Apprentice
Providing administrive support in line with service level agreements
Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
Managing diaries for a team of surveyors and technicians
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate department
General office tasks, filing, generating reports, booking meetings and re-ordering office supplies
Meet and greet visitors
Training:
Training will be Assessor Lead in the Workplace
The Training Provider is St Helens College
Training Outcome:
Apprentice could progress onto Customer Service Level 3
Possible full time employment
Employer Description:
The Forshaw Group are property restoration specialists, working closely with insurance companies and loss adjusters to renovate commercial and residential property damaged by fire or flood.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
