Business Administration Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and demonstrate the necessary skills and behaviours to securely operate across all platforms and areas of responsibility in line with organisational guidance and policy. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database. Troubleshoot and resolve colleagues' technical issues. Assist in preparing and issuing ID badges. Help maintain equipment databases. Assist in preparing online forms. Prepare presentation slides. Maintain spreadsheets. Assist in ordering tech equipment for the office. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Support the business development team. Work closely with other departments, to ensure alignment with business goalsTraining:
The successful candidate will complete a Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship standard: -
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths - if applicable Functional Skills Level 2 in English - if applicableTraining Outcome:
Excellent progression available within the company. The successful applicant will undertake more responsibilities as the apprenticeship develops with a strong view to securing permanent employment on completion.
