Lettings Apprentice
Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, face to face and via email.
Discussing company services with potential clients and gaining market appraisals. Registering applicants and introducing them to suitable properties. Booking viewings, and carrying out these viewings. Keeping accurate activity records. General office administration in relation to the lettings department.Training:
Remote training via Teams, supported with an online learning platform. Minimum 6 hours recorded learning "off the job".
Training Outcome:
Expected to be retained but not always guaranteed dependant on performance and progression.
Employer Description:
Estate and Lettings agent based in Folkestone.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm. Saturday, 9.00am - 4.00pm . Day off during the week in lieu of working a weekend.
