Business Administration Apprentice
Ensure telephones are managed and answered in a timely manner and act as a point of contact for all enquiries
Organise the shared administration inboxes
Book patients into EMIS clinical services
Provide support in photocopying, filing, preparing for meetings
Work with Finance team to ensure invoices are submitted on time
Take and type up minutes from meetings
Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the organisation, including ensuring that customers are responded to promptly and professionally
Attend and participate in team meetings, training courses, and appraisals punctually and well prepared, as appropriate and when required
Complete tasks and objectives that are outlined in your own personal objectives (separate document)
Training:
You will be required to attend classes at Kidderminster College one day a week to achieve the level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
Training Outcome:
For the right candidate there may be the possibility of full time employment upon successful completion of your apprenticeship
