Customer Service Apprentice
To assist with general office duties
Interaction with customers
Understanding the core values of the organisation
Update in house systems with client queries
Updating CRM system
Collating mail daily and updating the database
Explain the options and discuss the benefits of the products and services
Deal with complex complaints and issues and be able to resolve
KPI’s in place and understand how performance is measured
Scanning and posting
Any other admin duties requested when required
Training:
This qualification requires College attendance once per month.
L2 Customer service practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
