CAD Technician Apprentice

Preparing detailed designs for projects using various software Communicating designs to the design team and clients Producing and review project drawings

Training:
As an apprentice, you will be required to complete the Civil Engineering Technician apprenticeship This involves completion of projects and assignments throughout the programme 20% of time on your apprenticeship (1 days per week) will be allocated for study, either at South Bank Technical college or in the workplace At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be required to complete an end point assessment

Training Outcome:
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified Civil Engineering Technician, which in turn can lead on to design office manager or other senior level roles within the organisation There is also the opportunity to study for a degree or become chartered via a professional body

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 8:30am - 17:30 One hour unpaid lunch break
