Receiving incoming calls and emails Acknowledging Customer Purchase Orders. Raising Purchase Orders for goods required. Booking in goods received Looking into stock requirements Processing Supplier invoices Checking Suppler Statements General office administration duties. Helping cost and book transportTraining:
You will attend the Shrewsbury College London Rd Campus one day a week, with the remainder of the working week based in the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Full time office admin role within one of departments.
