Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice
Dealing with customer enquiries both over the telephone and e-mail
Processing orders through to colleagues in the warehouse
Taking payments and invoicing orders prior to dispatch
Training:
You will achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
You will learn to understand the different needs and priorities of the customers and the best way to manage their expectations, recognising and knowing how to adapt your style and approach to be highly effective.
An understanding around the organisations process and systems and legal and regulatory requirements will also be gained, helping you to meet the needs of the customers and recognise the impact you and your role within the organisation affects this relationship.
You will attend college on a weekly basis, every Thursday morning.
Training Outcome:
You will be working towards a full time permanent job within our company with the possibility of taking further training in the following fields, Business Administration and or an Accounts training qualification using Sage Line 50.
Employer Description:
We import and distribute Hairdressing Products and supply Hairdressing Wholesalers both Nationally and Internationally.
Working Hours :
9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
9am – 4pm Friday
