069 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Speaking to customers, their representatives and insurers via telephone
Helping in the administration of providing temporary replacement vehicles through our supply chain
Helping in the administration of monitoring vehicle damage repairs via our network of vehicle repairers
Providing general administrative support to Motor Claims
Handlers on a day-to-day basis
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator, including an End Point Assessment
Functional Skills Level 2 in English if required
Functional Skills Level 2 in maths if required
Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date
Training Outcome:
There is always a chance to progress into a solid job role or complete further education
