Business Administrator Apprentice
Answering the Phone: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, monitoring office supplies, and maintaining organised records
Diary Planning: Assist in diary planning for staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective time management.
Financial documents: Process supplier invoices in QuickBooks accounting software
Marketing: Update content on social media and our website
Quotations: Issue estimates/quotations to customers
IT Software: Use of MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook

The apprenticeship is for 18 months with a full-time permanent contract-based position available at the end as an Office Administrator.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm (3:30pm finish on a Friday / 30 minutes lunch per day).
