IT Technician Apprentice (Intelligent Servers)

Reporting to the Technical Team Managers, you will be supported through the Level 3 ‘IT Solutions Technician’ apprenticeship which aims to provide you with the skills to develop, implement and maintain complete IT solutions such as networks, operating systems and applications.

Testing, building and configuring computer equipment, predominantly Enterprise Class i.e servers, storage arrays, networking hardware and consumer-grade hardware Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware problems Locating stock in the warehouse Establishing good working relationships with internal colleagues. Following the internal procedural documentation correctly Ensuring all assigned tasks are actioned and completed in a timely manner Adhering to and helping add to the company’s strict quality standards Progressing through the in-house Technical Training Program

Training Outcome:

This role offers the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, contingent on performance.
