Business Support Apprentice - HR
The Business Apprentice will handle the day-to-day tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly. You will be responsible for all areas of office administration, supporting colleagues and generally underpinning the services that we provide.
Main responsibilities:
Business Apprentice Service Delivery:
Handling the day to day office tasks to ensure that the business runs smoothly Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone and forwarding on within the business as appropriate Maintaining organised files and records of business activity Drafting bespoke documentation for client use in accordance with employment law and best practice Maintaining customer databases Coordinating the design and delivery and administration of workshops Creating and sharing social media material that fits with our company and brand.Training:
The apprentice would work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard. This would involve attending group training at WBTC Newbury office, monthly 1-1 training and review meetings with your training consultant and on-going employer led training.
Functional skills maths and English as a functional skill are delivered online if required.
Training Outcome:
Ongoing training and personal development are encouraged and supported.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 09.00 until 17.00 with a 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak.
