Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Contract Marketing Manager to help expand our digital community, manage various marketing channels, and support our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to the success of our community-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to grow our online community.

- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for use across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.

- Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

- Event Support: Assist with organizing and promoting events across our facilities and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.

- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, using insights to suggest improvements and optimize future campaigns.

- Customer Engagement: Interact with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships with our audience.

- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with other team members on various marketing projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions.

Training:

Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship L3 including Functional Skills in Maths and English, if required.

Training Outcome:

Possible ongoing training and development.
