Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow/Edinburgh - Up to £45,000 + 36 Hour Week

CBW are recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer for a forward-thinking, specialist contractor working directly with end-user clients across Scotland’s Central Belt. You’ll be supported by a strong back office, sensible workloads, and systems designed to let you do your job properly.

Salary up to £45,000 DOEGuaranteed extra earnings – approx. £600/year from call-out36-hour working week (not 40+)On-call only every 6 weeks (often less)Call-out pay: £100 weekend allowance + minimum 4 hours paidOvertime:

You’ll work directly with end-user clients across:

• Hospitality
• Retail
• Pharmaceutical
• Commercial & specialist facilities

Predominantly Central Belt of Scotland, with occasional travel further North

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Reactive maintenance & breakdownsFault finding, diagnostics & repairsFirst-time fixes wherever possibleSafe, high-quality work standardsClear communication with clients & support teamsWhat You’ll Need:
