Job Title: Events Operations Coordiantor – Events Group
Salary: Up to £28,000
Location: Scotland

We are partnering with a prestigious events organisation seeking a Catering Operations Executive to support the delivery of catering across high-profile professional events. This is a fast-paced, project-focused role where organisation, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail are key.

 

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure catering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate catering projects from planning through to onsite deliveryAct as a key contact for internal teams, contractors and stakeholdersTrack project timelines, actions and budgetsSupport operational delivery across multiple eventsPrepare meeting agendas, documentation and reportsMaintain accurate catering and project records

Skills & Experience:

Experience in catering, hospitality or eventsStrong organisational and project coordination skillsConfident managing stakeholders and contractorsComfortable tracking budgets and producing reportsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
