Main duties include:
Managing incoming calls and responding to enquiries from service users, families, and professionalsCoordinating appointments and supporting scheduling of care servicesProviding administrative support to the wider care and office teamAssisting with general office organisation to ensure smooth daily operationsPerson Specification
