Next Generation Apprentice

As part of this unique role, you'll be gaining hands-on experience across our entire business- including supporting customer services, finance, marketing, and sales activities, to learning every stage of the cidermaking & packaging process, from pressing the apples to preparing our ciders for distribution.

You'll combine practical, real-world learning with high-quality academic development, receiving all the training, support & development you'll need to succeed!

Training:
Project Manager Level 4 Qualification At least 6 hours of your working hours will be spent training or studying Hybrid delivery every other Friday End Point Assessment preparation

Training Outcome:
The sky’s the limit! We have seen many previous apprentices go on to develop their careers across the business, e.g. Quality Coordinator, Customer Services Team Leader, Marketing Executives, Field Sales Executives etc.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday (will include some rotational weekend working), Shifts to be confirmed and a 30 minute lunch break.
