What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a Key Person: building strong bonds with children and familiesPlanning and delivering fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFSObserving and recording children’s development to support next steps in learningCreating a safe, nurturing, well-resourced environment for play and explorationEnsuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times

What You’ll Need

Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)Nursery/Early Years experience with children 0–5Strong knowledge of EYFS and SafeguardingPaediatric First Aid and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
