Business Admin Apprentice
Main Tasks
Answer incoming telephone calls with a sense of urgency and in a professional manner. Open and input online orders checking for items in stock and changing if need be to alternative product. Provide professional main point of contact for customer queries relating to reported shortages, picking errors etc. Provide administration for the resolution of customer queries, reported shortages, picking errors etc. Interface with other departments to provide resolution for customer enquiries and ensure customer / account manager is kept fully informed. Undertake wide variety of office administration tasks relating to customers, credit control, sales and purchasing and any other company business procedures. Actively promote all company promotions in line with the company direction. Phone prospects and sell company portfolio. Manage accounts and ensure they are spending.Training:
The apprentice will be expected to attend online lessons once a fortnight.
In addition, the apprentice will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them within the workplace once every 6-8 weeks.
Training Outcome:
There is potentially a permanent position available for the successful candidate, on completion of this apprenticeship.
