Compliance and Regulated industry so strong organisation skills required Dealing with customer enquiries from a new quote to a midterm change or assisting with a claim or payment

Training:
Elearning for each licence taken Accompanied visits In house coaching Webinars – in house Most of the training is done at the office and agents will take the apprentice on accompanied calls later on once they are more established Training is diarised for the apprentice – there is a lot more to start with and then slows down, but this will always be discussed and built into their working week, as initially apprentices are not allowed to be on the phones until they have reached a certain point in their training

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you may be offered the chance of applying for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler Internal/ External role.

Monday – Friday 9am -5pm
