Waste Water Treatment Apprentice

Throughout your Level 3 Waste Water Treatment apprenticeship programme, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and will include:

Monitoring influent quality Adjusting treatment processes Carrying out routine sampling Completing plant checks and supporting the day‑to‑day running of the effluent treatment plant

You’ll also learn how to identify issues early, escalate problems, and contribute to ensuring the site meets all consent limits and environmental compliance requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and learning how essential environmental systems operate within a busy food production environment.

As mentioned, you don’t need experience - just the right attitude and the drive to learn!

Training:

Water Treatment Technician Level 3.

The training will take place offsite with a dedicated training provider where you'll get the opportunity to learn from different businesses and other apprentices who are completing the same programme - A great opportunity to find out more about the world of waste water!

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship offers a gateway to a rewarding career at ABP. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with extensive experience and qualifications, opening doors to various roles within the business.
