Salary: £40K, Overtime @1.5 after 39 hrs Hours: Monday – Friday 07.30am – 4pm Contract: Permanent

Location of the Auto Electrician: Huddersfield/Elland (easy access from M62)

A world-renowned multinational company is seeking an Auto Electrician to join their modern, fully equipped workshop. You’ll be working on a variety of specialist HGVs, including fire appliances and bespoke vehicles.

Duties of the Auto Electrician position include:

Fault diagnosis & repairs using diagnostic equipment. Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs. Completing all service/repair documentation accurately. Interpreting and resolving vehicle defect reports from users.

The ideal candidate for the Auto Electrical role.

Experienced as an Auto Electrician, Vehicle Electrician, PSV/HGV Electrician, or REME Engineer. Qualified to City & Guilds Levels 1–3 in Auto Electrical (or equivalent). Confident with diagnostics and fault-finding on specialist vehicles.
